1) How do I contact MCKENNA ROSE BOUTIQUE?

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

3) How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing time and 4-6 business days for shipping time. Orders will be processed starting Tuesday in the order that they were received. 

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS)

6) Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our office located in New Jersey.

7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

*Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

 

Delivery:

All shipping and deliveries are handled between USPS and the customer.

If an order has been reported as never received, we will immediately check to see if package has been scanned and marked as delivered by USPS. If the package was never scanned/marked as delivered, we will be happy to replace the item(s).  Once the order is scanned and marked delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
